V-LOFT

PROJECT SCOPE

DESIGN NOTE

Despite the rapid development of the past few years, Ho Chi Minh is still full of narrow streets and small houses. Bintan County, which is just a bridge across from the high-rise downtown area, is a simple but well-preserved area with a Vietnamese atmosphere. V Loft, which is located between the two- and three-story buildings with dense populations, will stop you in your steps with a façade made of red terracotta bricks in various patterns. Yet, it still blends naturally with the surroundings.

V Loft is a combination of two different sizes of buildings on both sides, with a total length of about 40m. Also, if you look down on the entire building, it bends a little and takes on a unique curved shape. In the middle of the two buildings, there is an open yard and a garden, and when you step inside, you can feel the air of Ho Chi Minh City from modern furniture and a small porch. These open spaces are intended to help circulation of the air and allow Vietnam's natural sunlight to enter deep into the space.

Wake up early in the morning and walk through the V Loft garden. Ho Chi Minh City’s shining sunshine and green trees will be a simple way to kick off your vibrant day. How about spending a different day in Ho Chi Minh by browsing local restaurants and shops in Bintan County, where Koreans haven't reached much yet?
